Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These Terms of Service (also our Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions) govern your use of Blastoria, a browser game operated by CompaktGames (Portugal). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (up to 16), you need your parent or guardian's permission. We may remove accounts that break this rule.
2. Your account
You can play as a guest or create an account with an email and password, or with Google. Keep your login details safe: you are responsible for what happens on your account. Guest accounts are deleted when you log out. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this removes your progress permanently.
3. Acceptable use
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or scripts, attack or overload our servers, harass other players, or post illegal, hateful, sexual or misleading content in names, chat, GIFs or maps. Do not try to access other accounts or data. We may mute, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without refund.
4. Player content
Names, chat messages, maps and similar content you create stay yours, but you give us a free licence to store, show and run them in the game. You promise you have the right to share them. We may remove content at our discretion.
5. Virtual items, coins and diamonds
Coins, diamonds, weapons, cosmetics and other items are virtual items with no real-world value. They are a licence to use them in the game, not property, and cannot be sold or traded for money. If real-money purchases are offered, they are final except where the law gives you a right to withdraw, and digital content you start using may lose that right. We may change prices, odds, items and rewards (including event wheel contents) over time.
6. Game availability
The game is a work in progress. It is provided "as is", may change, be interrupted or reset, and we do not guarantee it is error free. We may end the service with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its art, music, code and name belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them, except for your own personal play.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for loss of virtual items or progress. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer, nor liability that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country], without removing the mandatory consumer protections of where you live.
